Moving Housing Market Areas

In the review of its local plan, Wiltshire Council planners moved Semington and nearby parishes from the Chippenham Housing Market Area (HMA) to the Trowbridge one.  The parish council complained about this move in its response to the consultations.  It noted the lack of open communications that led to this move and expressed its wish to remain in the Chippenham HMA.  Following the recent elections, the council wrote to Cllr Nick Botterill to reiterate its points.
