Melksham Without PC’s Response to the By-pass Consultation

This is response from Melksham Without Parish Council to the latest Wiltshire Council proposals for a Melksham by-pass.  A key point is that they are asking for the route to be moved south to be closer to the K&A canal and away from the housing at the edge of the town.
