Parish Council comments on Melksham by-pass proposals

The Parish Council has sent its comment on the possible by-pass routes to Wiltshire Council.  It calls for a review of the evidence supporting the need for a by-pass and comments specifically on four of the routes.  You can read the submission in full here.
