18 more Newland Homes houses?

Wiltshire Council’s Strategic Planning Committee is meeting on Wednesday February 22nd to consider the planning application by Newland Homes to build a further 18 houses on land adjacent to its 24 houses along St George’s Road.  This is planning application 22/01367 and this is what the parish council said about it last year.  Wiltshire Council planners are recommending approval.

A member of the parish council will attend the Meeting to continue to object to the development, and anyone can attend.  It’s also live on the Council’s YouTube channel.
