More on those 26 houses

When the developer of the 26 houses west of the tennis court came to the Parish Council earlier in the year, this was the feedback that was sent to Wiltshire Council.  It turns out that we were not the only ones critical of what was being proposed as a glance at the comments by Wiltshire’s urban design team will show.

The upshot is that the developer has been asked by Wiltshire’s planners to go back and have another think.  The deadline for the next submission is May, after which there will be another round of consultations, including with the Parish Council.
