Judicial review

A report in the Wiltshire Times on the granting of a judicial review of plans to build a road linking the A4 east of Chippenham to the Lackham roundabout suggests that more trouble is in store for WC’s transport and housing policies.  Although this road is nowhere near the village, any problems delivering its housing targets will affect the council’s ability to have a 5-year housing land supply, and hence will influence whether villages such as Semington look like easy pickings for speculative builders.
