Joint Melksham Neighbourhood Plan Decision

The draft plan for Melksham has been independently examined by Mr Andrew Matheson who has submitted his report to Wiltshire Council.  Having considered the examiner’s recommendations and the reasons for them, the Council concurs with the examiner’s view and has decided to make modifications to the draft Joint Melksham Neighbourhood Plan to ensure that it meets legal requirements including the basic conditions as set out in legislation.

The Council is satisfied that the Neighbourhood Plan as modified complies with legal requirements and can proceed to referendum.
