Auction Field Planning Application

The planning application [PL/2025/09736] for building houses and a shop on the Auction Field has been received and registered by Wiltshire Council.  You will find it here.  Click on Documents for details.  The deadline for comments is February 6th.

The development of this field is part of the Semington parish neighbourhood plan which was approved in 2025.  As is normal with outline applications, all matters have been “reserved” for decision at the full planning stage apart from details of access from the A361.  The Parish Council will be discussing this application at its meeting on Wednesday January 21st at 7.30pm in the village hall.  All welcome.
