Housing Development outside Hilperton

Here’s a link to the website of a developer that wants to build up to 80 houses next to the Trowbridge Rugby Club.  Access would be from the Hilperton Road roundabout (A361) and from the road linking Hilperton with Whaddon.

The overall site size is approximately 4 hectares and forms part of a larger allocation for 600 homes in the emerging Wiltshire Local Plan.  The proposed development is for up to 80 dwellings and associated works with all matters reserved except for access.
